Maheshwar M. Tiruchinapalli
President & CEO

Maheshwar Tiruchinapalli is a seasoned global business management, marketing and business development (JVs, alliances and channels) executive with 20+ years experience with stellar results in strategy, business consulting, telecommunications, high technology and business/knowledge process solutions arenas across four continents. An innovative and results driven strategist, he has served as growth catalyst, generator of shareholder value, and turnaround architect for a variety of businesses engaged in enterprise solutions (ICT) development and delivery, business and professional services (including BPO/KPO), and global outsourcing initiatives.

Companies ranging from start-ups to global brands such as Nortel Networks, Cisco Systems, and AT&T have benefited from his strategic planning and tactical execution abilities, and enjoyed many hundreds of millions of dollars in increased revenues as a result. As President and CEO of Advantedge Global Services, Inc., he is leading a rapid realignment and turnaround, accelerating sales with new software business alliances.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University, India, a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida, and an MBA from Goizueta School of Business, Emory University. He is actively involved on the Board of Directors of Leader Prospects India Limited and Evaluationz India Limited.

Richard Valentine
Chief Financial Officer

Richard Valentine has over 30 years of varied experience functioning in the capacities of President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Controller. Industry experience includes department store and specialty retailing, restaurants, manufacturing, business brokerage, and public accounting. His work with national companies includes KPMG Peat Markwick, May Department Stores, Associated Dry Goods and as a franchisee Blockbuster and Denny’s. Richard has broad exposure to all areas of control and finance, operations, merchandise information systems, human resources, marketing, loss prevention, and store development.

He has a proven track record in both established organizations where improvement of financial performance was foremost and less established fast-paced growing companies with a need for leadership in establishing structure and controls. He has obtained results and managed change through strong problem solving abilities and sound decision making that have contributed to both organizational and personal success.

Baylor Banks
Managing Director – Client Relationships

Baylor began his career representing management exclusively in labor and employment matters. Early in his career, he was an associate with three different management firms - Thompson, Mann & Hutson in Greenville, S.C., Fisher & Phillips in Atlanta, Georgia, and Arnold & Anderson in Atlanta, Georgia. Baylor opened his own law office in 1991 and has since been representing both employers and employees in employment matters. He also handles general civil litigation matters. In Advantedge, Baylor’s role extends to building and managing client relationships.
