Mylsamy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Literature from Loyola College and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Madras Law College, India.

Rafe Banks III, Vice Chairman

Rafe Banks III, a former elected District Attorney, is a Managing Partner of Banks & Stubbs LLP in greater Atlanta primarily practicing Civil and Criminal Litigation. He received his Bachelor’s degree in History from Emory University and his J.D. from Emory University School of Law.

Baylor Banks

Baylor Banks, an Employment Law Attorney in Atlanta, has extensive experience in Labor Employment Law and has assisted Thompson, Mann and Hutson in Greenville, South Carolina, Fisher and Phillips in Atlanta, Georgia, and Arnold and Anderson in Atlanta, Georgia. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, completed his J.D. from the University of Georgia, and also holds an MBA from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

David Eric Gant

Dave Gant has more than 25 years of international executive experience in marketing and sales management, business development, negotiations, and distribution strategies. Dave was Vice President of Global Service Providers for Avaya Inc., and prior to which he was President, Lucent Technologies - Latin America. His responsibilities included developing and leading Avaya’s $330 million Global Service Provider team as well as implementing global strategies to become a leading provider of convergence solutions to communications service providers and enterprises. His earlier stints include regional and general management positions with Cisco, NEC and AT&T Information Systems. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Georgia in Athens.

S. Jagan Mohan Rao

S. Jagan Mohan Rao is the Managing Partner of Jayem Exports, and has extensive entrepreneurial experience in company laws and compliance issues. His earlier experiences include general management, sales and marketing stints at AutoFilters (Tata-Bosch collaboration), Britannia, and the Indian Oil Corporation. JaganMohan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Madras University, India.

Maheshwar M. Tiruchinapalli

Maheshwar M. Tiruchinapalli prior to joining Advantedge was the Managing Director, Sales Initiatives and Channels for SITA Global Professional Services. He has extensive global executive experience in business development, marketing, channels and outsourcing and has worked for multinational companies including Cisco Systems, AT&T NCR, and Nortel. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University, India, a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida, USA, and an MBA from Goizueta School of Business, Emory University. He is actively involved on the Board of Directors of Leader Prospects India Limited and Evaluationz India Limited.
